Purpose
The Whitelabel platform lets you sell eSIM and connectivity under your own brand. Use the Console to operate your storefront, manage SIM lines, review finances, and configure growth programs.

Prerequisites
adminrole on thewl-rpcKeycloak client (see Access & roles)- Whitelabel module enabled for your organization
- Sufficient wallet balance for link creation and SMS where charges apply
What is Whitelabel?
Whitelabel is a branded eSIM storefront platform. Your customers purchase plans on your storefront; you manage catalog, pricing, customers, and payouts from the Console.

Whitelabel navigation groups
The Whitelabel sidebar is organized into five areas:

Each nav item has an info icon (About …) with a short tooltip describing the page.
Steps

Open Whitelabel from Data in the main Console sidebar.

Review the Dashboard for wallet balance, earnings, and recent activity.

Configure your live storefront under Storefront → Settings before accepting customers.

Create your first SIM line from Links → Create link once pricing and payments are ready.
Access denied
If Whitelabel is not enabled, you see Whitelabel is not available for your account with options to Open a support ticket or View my tickets. Contact your account manager to request wl-rpc access.
