Voice overview

Purpose

Manage phone numbers, OmaxPhone subscriptions, SIP trunks, and voice destinations from the Console.

Console path: Phone numbers → SIP Trunks → Destinations under Voice.

Prerequisites

• Voice products enabled for your organization
• phone-rpc admin role for phone numbers and OmaxPhone modules

Steps

1. Expand Voice — Click Voice in the sidebar to see available sub-modules.

2. Phone numbers — Manage number inventory under Phone numbers.

3. OmaxPhone — Configure retail voice product under OmaxPhone.

4. SIP Trunks and Destinations — Configure carrier interconnect under SIP Trunks and rate destinations under Destinations.
