OmaxPhone overview

Purpose

Operate the OmaxPhone retail voice product: subscriptions, end users, and retail pricing.

Console path: OmaxPhone.

Prerequisites

• phone-rpc admin role
• OmaxPhone product enabled for your organization

Steps

1. Open OmaxPhone — Under Voice, click OmaxPhone.

2. Navigate sub-modules — Use OmaxPhone navigation for Phone numbers, Subscriptions, End users, and Retail prices.

3. Configure retail offering — Set retail prices before onboarding end users.
