SIP trunks & destinations

Purpose

Configure SIP trunk interconnect for inbound and outbound voice, and manage destination rate tables.

Console path: SIP Trunks → Destinations.

Steps

1. Open SIP Trunks — Under Voice, click SIP Trunks.

2. Configure inbound trunk — Set IP allowlists, authentication, and routing for inbound calls.

3. Configure outbound trunk — Set outbound credentials and capacity limits.

4. Open Destinations — Click Destinations to review destination prefixes and rates.

5. Test connectivity — Place test calls and monitor SIP registration status.
