Phone numbers

Purpose

Manage your organization's phone number inventory and assignments.

Console path: Phone numbers.

Prerequisites

• phone-rpc admin role on your OmaxTelecom ID account

Steps

1. Open Phone numbers — Under Voice, click Phone numbers.

2. Search numbers — Filter by country, number type, or status.

3. Assign numbers — Assign numbers to trunks, OmaxPhone subscriptions, or end users as supported.

4. Review details — Open a number row for capabilities, routing, and history.
