Purpose
Configure tiered cashback percentages, spend thresholds, and reward currency.
Console path: Whitelabel → Storefront settings → Cashback.

wl-rpcadmin role- Whitelabel storefront provisioned for your organization

Program status
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Program enabled | Switch — enable or disable cashback awards. |
| Currency | Options: EUR / USD / GBP. |
Cashback tiers
Four fixed tiers with editable percent and threshold:
| Tier | Default % | Default threshold |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 5 | 0 |
| Silver | 6 | 50 |
| Gold | 8 | 150 |
| Platinum | 10 | 500 |
Per tier fields:
- Tier (read-only tier name)
- Cashback percent
- Spend threshold
Validation
- Tier percent and threshold must be valid numbers
- Tier thresholds must be non-decreasing.
- Tier cashback percentages should not decrease.
Save behavior
- Save changes / Discard sticky bar
- Success toast: Cashback program saved.
