Understand which Keycloak roles control access to Console modules and product areas.

Steps
- Verify your roles — If a sidebar item is missing, your OmaxTelecom ID may lack the required client role.

Request access — Contact your OmaxTelecom account manager or [email protected] to assign roles.

Re-login after changes — Sign out and sign in again after roles are updated so your token refreshes.
