Purpose
Configure low-balance email alerts when your EUR wallet drops to or below a chosen threshold.
Console path: Billing → Notifications tab, or configure from the billing hub.

Alert emails go to Billing email, or contact email if billing email is empty — set these on Organization. Billing email, billing address, and read-only billing terms are managed on Organization. In Console, profile cards link to Edit billing email and Edit billing address.

Missing email error: No billing or contact email is configured. Add one in your account settings before enabling alerts.
