Purpose
Configure SMS automation rules (usage thresholds and network welcome) and review delivery logs.
Console path: Notifications.
Rules can fire on data usage thresholds (50%, 80%, 100%) or when a SIM registers in a country (network welcome). Each SMS is charged at your organization rate.
Create rule
Button: New rule → dialog Create rule

Click a row to open Edit rule — update Message (max 80 chars) and Enabled; Save.
